A very large appartment with private entrance on the whole first floor located directly on the increasingly popular St James pilgrimage route from Slovenia to Santiago di Compostella in Spain. (6 months walk away!) The remarkable owner has even personally signposted the path from Slovenia to Villach. The appartment itself is new. but has kept the original hay stall as a bedroom - unique in Austria. The living and dining areas are open plan and there is a mezzanine floor for use as a library or kids play area. Outside there is a terrace next to the orchard. and literally acres of land. 3km from Lavamund. 5km from Slovenia. and near the southern lakes - a super house!
