A super semi-detached holiday house with 2 private entrances at the end of a cul-de-sac above the quiet Luftkurort village of Dellach im Drautal. The 3 modern bedrooms and one of the 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. whilst downstairs there is a games room. kitchen diner. private terrace at the back of the house. and a play area. Kids will love the hillside of 200 garden gnomes which are illuminated at night! At the front you share the garden and BBQ area with the super-friendly owners. who live next door. You can enjoy a glass of their home-made schnapps or the water which comes from their own mountain spring.
