The apartment house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with BBQ facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. From 10 January to 7 March 2015, a 6-day ski pass for a child up to 12 years old is available directly at the hotel for EUR 6 if at least one accompanying adult buys a 6-day ski pass for the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area. From 7 March to 6 April 2015, a ski pass and a discount on the admission to the thermal spas in the region is included in the rate.
