This lovely apartment overlooking the Ossiachersee is located in the village Annenheim and is just above the Ossiacher Seestraße. This holiday home is a combination of 2 apartments that can reach each other indoors. but also have their own entrance. The first apartment is well furnished and features a spacious living room with balcony. 2 bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with large bathtub and even a sauna. The second apartment is well furnished and has a kitchen. a bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. The atmosphere in this house is south and Mediterranean. With a great location near the lake is an ideal summer destination. The beach is within walking distance of the house. From the balcony and terrace you can enjoy the view over the lake. The house is located just 2.5 km from the motorway and within easy reach. Italy and Slovenia are 30 minutes away by car. Even in winter is the perfect location! Just 150 meters from the gondola Kanzelbahn to the ski Gerlitzen you can quickly reach the beautiful slopes of Carinthia. You can leave the car at home! All in all an ideal holiday destination in summer and winter.
