The house is situated In the middle of the Serra da Estrela natural park backing up against a chateau. The garden (shared) and the property's terraced grounds offer a variety of private corners. The property has a swimming pool, a tennis court, as well as a shared games/relaxation room (billiards, table football, table tennis) and a workshop. In addition to the chateau, there are 8 other cottages and an organic farm (sheep, chicken, fruit and vegetables). A mountainous region in Portugal offering landscapes and remarkable flora and fauna. Walks can be arranged on request in the nature reserve - as well as a visit to a sheep farm producing the famous Serra cheese or to the vineyards (with tasting which must be paid for). There is possibility to purchase organic products from the farm.
