Located within a wine producing estate, on the right bank of Douro River, Quinta De La Rosa is a family owned property, 2 km from Pinhão. There is an outdoor pool available. Offering river views, De La Rosa’s suites feature a seating area with a plush sofa and a mini-bar. The private bathroom comes with a free standing bath or a modern walk-in shower. Some bathrooms feature typical blue tiles on the walls. Guests can start their day with a breakfast buffet. Other meals are served upon previous request, accompanied by the wines produced on site. A shaded terrace overlooking the river and vineyards provides the ideal setting for a meal. Guests can join the process of wine producing, and wine tasting sessions can be organised by prior appointment. There are also scheduled visits to the wineries. Stroll through the vineyards and then relax in the outdoor seating area with sofas. Vila Real is 37 km away, with many shopping and dining opportunities. Porto city is 121 km away, with direct train services to Pinhão, through the lush winding Douro valleys.
