Detached villa with private swimming pool in Sanguedo on the Silver Coast in Portugal. This 270m² design villa has modern furnishings. It has a kitchen, living/dining room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a panoramic view of the countryside with the Serra do Montemuro and the Serra do Marão on the horizon. The villa has a small garden which is tiered due to the severe slope. During the summer months you can take a dip in the swimming pool (8x4m). There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue so you can dine al fresco. Because of the steps in the villa, the various levels in and around the home, the villa is not suitable for disabled persons and families with very small children. The centre of Sanguedo is 0.5 km away. Citytrips can be made to Porto (20 km), Vila Nova de Gaia (15 km), Coimbra (106 km) and Aveiro (64 km).
