Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that a deposit of 35% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment must be done within 48 hours of booking is made by bank transfer or PayPal with an additional 3% fee. Ophelia River Portuguese Living Apartment will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

Please note that check-in and key pick-up will be done in the booked apartment and will be done by a member of the property's staff.

Late check-in and check-out will be charged an extra fee. Regular reception hours are between 08:00 and 20:00 on weekdays. Check-in and check-out on weekends and national holidays will be charged an extra fee.

Please also note that guests will receive a complimentary bottle of wine, upon arrival. Please inform Portuguese Living Amoreiras Retro in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
