This apartment is located in Alfama, at the heart of one of Lisbon’s most charming neighbourhoods. Lisbon Soul Flat @ Alfama is a 7-minute drive from the Lisbon city centre. This newly-renovated air-conditioned apartment features an equipped kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available. Guests may choose to eat in and prepare their own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen at their disposal. Alternatively, there are plenty of local and traditional restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Please note that 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid on the day of booking, via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at the time of check in. Please note that fees associated with bank transfers are paid by the guest and cannot be refunded in the case of cancellation.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
Guests must clean the apartment before check-out. Otherwise, an added fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
Late check-in is available, at an extra fee. From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 20. From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 30.
