Please note that 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid on the day of booking, via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at the time of check in. Please note that fees associated with bank transfers are paid by the guest and cannot be refunded in the case of cancellation.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
Guests must clean the apartment before check-out. Otherwise, an added fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
