Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Guests should let the Lapa Sunny Terrace by be@home know of their expected arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.

Please note that late check-in, after 21:00, and earlier check-out, before 09:00, are available. An additional fee of EUR 30 is charged for this service.

A prepayment deposit of 30% via Paypal or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions.

Please note that 1 child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. Please inform Lapa Sunny Terrace by be@home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
