Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Guests should inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance and after booking, the property will email the guests with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Please note that a 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal within 48 hours. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash at the check-in.

Please note that there is an additional cleaning surcharge of EUR 30 to be paid upon arrival and a refundable damage security deposit of EUR 100 (subject to a damage inspection).

Please note that late check-in from 22:00 to 00:00 will be charged EUR 25 and from 00:00 to 08:30 will be charged EUR 45.

Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 30 excluded from the price. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
