Důležité informace

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please inform properly your planned arrival hour in order to plan your check in. To do this, you can use the Special Requests box in booking or contact the property.

Guests arriving outside check-in time set need to inform the property in advance in order to be possible to plan some baggage collection.

Arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of EUR 30. Late check-out can also subject to a surcharge.

After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with the necessary instructions for payment, check in information and keys delivery.

Please, if you do not make your payment by bank transfer or credit card, the remaining amount is to be paid in cash at check-in. The property will contact guests to provide further information.

The final cleaning is included.

A baby kit is available (cot, bath and chair) on request at a cost of EUR 10.

Please note that the replacement of sheets and towels will be on the 3rd day for stays, longer than 5 days. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
