Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at the time of check-in.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

A transfer service from the airport is also provided, upon request. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
