This is a one bedroom apartment of 60 m2, on the ground floor in a tourist complex, Garden Park III: apartment block, built in 2002. 500 m from the centre of Ericeira, 8 km from the centre of Mafra, 40 km from the centre of Lisboa, 200 m from the sea. There is an open fireplace, satellite-TV and electric heater, washing machine. In the open kitchen there are 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer. From the terrace with furniture there is a nice view of the sea.washing machine. Garage space n 25. Important: the 5th bed is for a child under 12 years. For shared use with the complex is the garden (fenced) swimming pool ( 15.05.-30.09.), paddling pool, garden furniture. In the house there is a lift and a communal covered parking. In the area there are restaurants 100 m, bus stop, sandy beach 200 m. Tennis 500 m. Sports centre 80 m, with gym, sauna, hydromassage etc. In Mafra: heated swimming pool, tennis courts etc.
