Once you step in the garden area, you will forget all your worries. The private swimming pool surrounded by a deck and a lawn offers complete privacy, courtesy of the high bushes of the garden around the property.

Step inside and find an air-conditioned elegant and charismatic accommodation. The panoramic living room offers views of the pool and garden area. It is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and high quality arm chairs and sofas. The well-lit dining area with wooden furniture offers the perfect setting for a pleasant group dinner.

The bright kitchen is surrounded by windows with views for the garden. All the appliances are of the finest quality including a stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Throughout the house you will find 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an inspiring small office area with a desk and windows overlooking the pool area and the pinewood.

You can choose between 2 renowned golf courses to practice your swing, the Oitavos and the Quinta da Marinha. Beach is also an option and you can choose the waves of the Guincho Beach or the calm waters of Cascais, both within 5 km. The Portuguese capital, Lisbon is a 30-minute drive and Estoril with its famous Casino is 7.5 km away.
