This is a three bedrooms apartment of 110 m2 on 2nd floor, located in Pai do Vento, 3 km from Cascais, 2 km from the sea, on a main road. The house has a cable-TV, CD-player, stereo unit, DVD and electric heater, a terrace with view of the resort and in the kitchen there are 4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer and the hydromassage in the shower/WC. There is no lift in the building. The public parking is on the road, in the area there are shops, grocers 300 m, restaurants 100 m, internet café 10 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Cascais" 2 km, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course 3 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: main road 400 m from the property.
