This is a two bedrooms terraced house of 60 m2 on 2 levels, 5 km from the centre of Colares, 150 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. There is an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, micro wave, freezer. The stairs are spirals and narrow to the upper floor, The terrace has furniture and a panoramic view of the sea. As facilities there is an iron and Thermofan. Solar panels. The motor access to the house is 200 m via unmade road and the parking is at 50 m., grocers 3 km, restaurants 1.5 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. House in the first row from the sea by a cliff 70 m high, opposite the sea in the Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais and in a protected area. Quiet and remote position, ideal for nature lovers and only 100 m from the dinosaur fossils. Centre of Almocageme 3 km. Sintra, "Patrimonio de la Humanidad" 16 km. Cabo da Roca, most western point in Europe 6 km. Lisbon 40 km. The beach by car is 2 km. Beach "Praia das Macas" 4 km. Grounds are shared with another house.
