This comfortable villa has a private swimming pool and is in extensive grounds of 3000 m2. The villa is close to the town of Santa Barbara de Nexe. The holiday includes an area with fitness equipment and table football. Guests can enjoy football, volleyball, jeu de boules, a playground and basketball for one side. There is artificial grass with a putting green for golfers. The terraces surrounding the villa offer views of the area, the swimming pool and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Santa Barbara de Nexe has a supermarket, restaurants and bars and is 2 km away. The town of Loule is 8 km. The nearest beach is around 20 minutes away by car. You can enjoy various water sports and excursions in the immediate area. There are a number of golf courses in the vicinity. Please note: The swimming pool can be heated for a charge. This should be requested 7 days in advance. Prices are 125.00 per week from May until August. Other months are 175.00 per week.
