Facilities include private swimming pool and a covered terrace. The master bedroom has an open fireplace. The villa is surrounded by a garden full of native plants and there are various sunny and shadowy terraces. From the terraces with seating, lounge chairs and BBQ, you have a view of the green hills. The unique thing about this villa is the swimming pool with a salt water system, surrounded by two directly bordering ponds where you can take a cooling dip. Within 10 minutes walking from the villa you will find the centre of the idyllic village of Caldas de Monchique which is known for its healing spring water and spa. The centre of Monchique (6 km) has various shops and restaurants. The sandy beaches in the south of the Algarve are about a 20 minute drive away. The nearest golf course is 10 minutes away by car.
