Please note that a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by PayPal or bank transfer. Akisol will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
