The estate is a semi-detached house with a private garden, centrally located in the fishing village Praia da Luz. This house is 300 metres from Luz beach and approximately 500 m. from the town centre of Praia da Luz. The living room and kitchen on the first floor are reached via a winding staircase. You can also enjoy the views from the covered terrace. There is a garden with fruit trees. You can enjoy various water sports in the surrounding area on Lagos beach. There are three golf courses within 15 km. of the property, the nearest being the 18-hole Boavista Golf Club, only 3 km. away. The city centre of Lagos is 6 km. away. The city of Sagres is around 28 km. from the house, and 33 km. away from the south-western tip of Europe, Cabo de Sao Vicente.
