Located on a hill top, the roof terrace of this spacious holiday home offers you a 360 degree view of the ocean to the south and mountains to the north. The colorful villa is tastefully decorated and fitted with all modern conveniences. In winter time, or during cold days, the villa is still the perfect place to be thanks to the wood burning fireplace in the living/dining room and further heating in the hallway from an enclosed pellet burning stove. Enjoy the sun from your private fenced garden (6300m2) with terrace and sun beds, and take a refreshing dip in the kidney shaped swimming pool. If you don’t feel like cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, the detached barbecue space with outdoor dining area invites you for a dinner under the sky with friends and family. The town of São Brás de Alportel with supermarket and restaurants is only 5 kilometers from the villa. A mini-market 1km from the house provides basic daily needs. The surrounding area is ideal for walks due to its wooded, hilly area which is well-known for its cork oaks. The market town of Loulé with it’s 2 hypermarkets, picturesque centre, restaurants and bars is 8km away. Beach lovers will feel at home here, the nearest beach is only a 25 minute drive away. For golf lovers there are various golf courses in the area, such as Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago (approx. 25min away). Faro airport is only 13 km from the villa.
