The villa is built on a hill with views to the coast. The villa has windows all around, overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and terraces. Inside Villa Erica, there is a hallway with one side bedrooms, the other side a lounge/dining area, kitchen with washing machine and storage room. The living room is an open space with big dining table, sofa and a few chairs around the big fire place with wood burning stove. Villa Erica is close to market town SB de Messines and historic town of Silves. The villa is nearby Algarve, Albufeira, Carvoeiro and Praia da Rocha.
