After booking you will be contacted by the property with information about payment and keys at check-in.

Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details.

The remaining amount will be charged 50 days before check-in and be paid via bank transfer to guarantee the reservation.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.

Groups with less than 30 years’ old, the property reserves the right to require a security deposit of EUR 200 per person to cover any damage made to the property. Please inform Apartamento T1 OuraPereira in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
