Additionally, guests should keep in mind:

- Guests must arrive in Iquitos the night before, as pick-up from Iquitos is at 06:30.

- Guests must depart in a flight after 15:00.

- Shuttle drivers only speak spanish. If guests want to have a bilingual driver they will have to request it in advance at an extra charge. Please inform Ivy Mara Ey in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
