Surrounded by the abundant vegetation at the heart of the Amazonian Jungle, and 10 km from Pacaya Natural Reserve, Amazon Exploring Expedition offers rural accommodation in its jungle lodge, Eretzen Tá. Overnight camping in the jungle, canoeing and guided tours to the Pacaya Samiria Natural Reserve and the surrounding area in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru are organized. With large windows overlooking the jungle, rooms at Amazon Exploring Expedition are very bright. All of them have mosquito nets, private bathrooms with toilet, lavatory and shower with water 24 hours a day. Beds are equipped with their own mosquito nets. Activities to be enjoyed include walking on a canopy suspended bridge, canoeing, swimming with dolphins, hiking, fishing, wildlife observation and visits to nearby villages. Round transportation from Iquitos, accommodation, all meals, activities, local guides, and tickets to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve are included. Amazon Exploring Expedition is located near the village known as San Regis, a traditional local community which lives alongside the Marañon River. 141 km from Francisco Secada Vigneta International Airport. Boat transportation from Iquitos is provided.
