Al Areesh Desert Camp offers Bedouin accommodation in Wahiba Sands, 200 km away from Muscat. It features a typical Arabic restaurant and guests can also enjoy activities such as camel riding. Each tent and shack at Al Areesh Desert Camp is fitted with electric light. The shared bathrooms are equipped with showers, basins and toilettes. The triple room is composed of two interconnecting rooms and can be used by a group. A complimentary breakfast is served every day at the Desert Camp. Guests can enjoy the Arabian meals in the typical restaurant, covered with palm leaves and oriental pillows and rugs, in a traditional Omani style. Sand skiing and dune riding on Ramlat al Wahibah are offered by Al Areesh to enjoy the desert. In the evenings, the campfire becomes the scenario for the Bedouin musicians, dancers and singers. Seeb International Airport is less than 200 km and a shuttle service is provided upon request.
