The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Please note that bed linen (8 EUR/person for initial supply) and bath towels (6 EUR for initial supply) are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Please note: The owner lives in the same residence.
