This is a 4-room farmhouse 105 m² on 2 levels, on the ground floor, 3 km from the centre of Veere, in a quiet position, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, with a large garden, for shared use. On the ground floor, the property has a large living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, TV and DVD, a fully equipped open kitchen and a shower/WC. The upper floor has two rooms, each room with two beds and one with 2 beds and hand-basin. The house is fitted with wooden floors, it has a furnished terrace and barbecue facilities. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Points of interest, such as, supermarkets, restaurants, bakers and cafes can be found 3km from the property. Please note, that the use of a car is essential.
