This, luxurious house "Hertenlaan" was built in 1936 and renovated in 2005, it is surrounded by trees, on the outskirts, 1.5 km. from the centre of Den Dolder, in a quiet position, 100 metres from the woods edge, in a cul-de-sac. The six-room house on three levels has an open large living/dining room with cable-TV and DVD and direct exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave. On the upper floor you will find 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and cable-TV. Bathroom has a bath, shower and a toilet. On the second upper floor is one room with 1 bed and cable-TV. The grounds of 1'500 m2 with 300 m2, flowers and trees, garden furniture are to your disposal. In the house: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking is by the house. The nearest shop, grocers, bus stop, railway station are situated 1.5 kilometer from the property, outdoor swimming pool is 5 km. away, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Tennis club 5 km, riding stables 5 km.
