You can enjoy various water sports in the nearby area. Beautiful bulb fields surround the park in spring time. You can enjoy delightful cycle trips and long walks along the beach. The Kop (top) of North-Holland with its beaches. sea. dunes and bulb fields is one of the cleanest and most beautiful parts of the Netherlands. The Province of North-Holland s coast has the most sun-hours per year in the Netherlands. The famous cheese city of Alkmaar is a little further afield and a visit is highly recommended. The wonderful city of Amsterdam. capital of the Netherlands. is fifty kilometres away.
