Petit Normande offers a beautiful setting in a typical Dutch polder countryside, 7 km from Hoorn. Dating from 1857, this restored farmhouse offers charming rooms looking onto a garden and terrace. Petit Normande combines original features such as beamed ceilings and French doors with lightly coloured contemporary décor. Its individually decorated rooms have pleasant design and come with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, heating and a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility. A traditional breakfast is served in the Normande’s dining room. Upon request, you can make use of a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. There are several cycling and hiking routes which pass by the canals and tulip fields surrounding the property. Den Helder is a 50-minute drive from the Petit Normande and from here you can take a ferry to Texel Island. Amsterdam and Lelystad can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
