Please note that for bookings that are made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, this accommodation requires a 50% pre-payment within 4 hours after the reservation is made. If this pre-payment is not made within those 4 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.

Please note that the fixed amount of EUR 450 stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
