Please note that there is a fixed amount of EUR 450 as damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.

Please note that the apartment is located on the first, second and third floor and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for parties. Guests are requested to be quiet past 22:00.

Please note that smoking is only allowed in the living room. It is compulsory to use an ashtray and open the windows for fresh air. Marihuana is strictly prohibited.

Please note that it is not allowed to bring external guests to the apartment.

Please do not put garbage outside the building, since there are official garbage days in the city. Use the container in the apartment instead.

Please do not leave beer crates or other beverages in the apartment or garden. Each crate will be fined with EUR 15 for transportation costs.

If disrespecting the above rules leads to complaints from the neighbours, your deposit may not be refunded.

Please close the windows before you leave the apartment.
