Please note that check-in is done at the property office in Amsterdam. Check-in cannot take place at the apartment. Guests will be contacted directly by the property after booking with more information.

Please note that each apartment is set in a different location. Please ask at check-in for directions if needed.

This property accepts cash and credit card payment. Guests who wish to pay by bank transfer need to contact the property in advance.

A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. A card authorization is also possible. This is where you will only be charged if something is broken or missing in the apartment.

Before your arrival, you will receive important documents that you must take with you to the check in desk.

Please note that checking in after 18:00 is possible for a fee of 30 Euros. After 22:00 it is 50 Euros.

Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise complaints from the neighbors. Please inform Elegant Amsterdam Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
