Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a safety deposit. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for the authorization of this deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
