Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

This property only accepts cash payment. Guests who wish to pay by bank transfer need to contact the property in advance.

Please note that check-in is done at the property office which is situated at Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 21-HS, 1098 Amsterdam. Check-in cannot take place at the property itself. A deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the room rate and is payable directly at the hotel.

Please note that check-in is between 15:00-18:00. Late check-in between 18:00 and 22:00 incurs an extra charge of EUR 30. Please note that for late check-in between 22:00 and 08:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50. Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of EUR 25 (please contact the property after booking for more details).

Standard check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is possible for an extra charge of EUR 50.
