Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. This amount will be returned in a maximum period of 14 days.

-Please note that bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.

-Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption based on a rate of 0.25 EUR per kWh.

-Please note that Gas/oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption based on a rate of 0.60 EUR per m3.

-Please note that there is possibility to make use of the the washing machine. The rate of use is not included in the rental price and amounts 3.50 EUR per wash.
