This 240m² villa, on three levels, is located between the cities of Sittard and Heerlen, in the south Limburg village of Oirsbeek on a hill. The property has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, plus two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is an additional recreation room, reachable from outside, which has a double sofa bed, a fireplace, bathroom and billiards. A supermarket and a number of shops are approximately 1 km from the villa, whilst the city of Maastricht is 27km away and Aachen 30km are within driving distance.
