This stately monumental farmhouse is just 500 meters from the historic village of Geesteren near Borculo and Lochem. From the house you have a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. The farmhouse dates from 1476 and in the period 2008-2010 it has been fully restored under the supervision of the monumental care foundation. Many ancient ornaments and beams have been retained. The farm is very comfortable and tastefully decorated and has all modern facilities. The living room with original fireplace is a spacious living area of over 60 sqm . Besides the lounge there is a separate TV area with a home cinema set. The mezzanine room with the original boxbeds is in use as a dining area. The spacious garden has a patio. Pond. Orchard and barn. The natural environment in the Achterhoek is excellent for cycling and hiking.In consultation. You can rent the farm for 10 persons. Please contact us.
