Ermelo is situated 7 km. south of Harderwijk. This beautiful, detached house is located in the small and calm park "Het Veluws Hofje", at the edge of Ermelo. The park consists of several detached houses and a few years ago, this farm was converted into a spacious and comfortable holiday home by the owner himself. The furnishing is luxurious and modern and the gas fireplace in the living room creates a wonderful atmosphere. The house is surrounded by a large garden (ca. 800 m), as well as a terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Don't be surprised to see a peacock wandering about in the garden, because they are regular visitors of Het Veluws Hofje!
