Typicly Frysian house in the old villagecentre of Hijum. This is a very peacefull spot. This is a 4-room house for 8 persons. There are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom , a sitting room and kitchen with oven. The island of Ameland is at 13km away, Leeuwarden 10km. Beach is nearby. At 2 km distance is the nature park (outside the dykes) the Noorderleech here you could go for a brisk walk and discover different species of animals.
