Yeti Mountain Home, Kongde enjoys a prime location within the majestic hills of the Himalayas, with unparalleled views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho-Oyo, Ama Dablam and Gyajung Khang. From the lodge, guests can also view Khumbu Valley and Kongde Lake. Wooden walls and furnishings give rooms a cosy feel. Cool mountain air blows in from the windows, but beds are kept warm with electric mats. The private bathroom has hot running water and a shower. It is a 45-minute flight from Kathmandu Airport to Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla. The property is a 20-hour trek from the airport. Nepali cuisine is served at the on-site restaurant. Dishes are prepared with organic vegetables grown in the property's own greenhouse. There is also a bar. Ticketing services are available at the tour desk. Luggage storage services are also available.
