Situated a 15-minute walk from the foot of Kahler Asten Mountain, these family-run apartments offer panoramic views of the surrounding Rothaargebirge countryside. Newly renovated in 2014, they include free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. The warmly decorated apartments at Ferienhaus Helga have a separate living room and a balcony or terrace. A washing machine, dryer and ski storage facilities are available. Ferienhaus Helga can arrange breakfast or half board at a guest house, which can be found a 1-minute walk from the apartments. The popular Rothaarsteig hiking trail begins just 150 metres from the Ferienhaus, and many cross-country skiing trails begin directly outside the apartments. A selection of games and children’s toys are available for rainy days. Postwiese Ski Resort is 650 metres from Ferienhaus Helga, and Winterberg Ski Resort is 3 km away.
