The holiday home is situated in Udenbreth, one of the famous ski areas of the Eifel, in the ski-region of Hellenthal. The spacious layout of the house is suitable for families and groups, up to eight people. The house has an L-shaped living room with an open kitchen. On the ground floor there is a toilet / bathroom plus double sofa bed, so that there are possibilities for people with a limited mobility. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a DVD player and TV with satellite, so many foreign channels can be received. For children there are many toys available and also some books and games for adults.The house has a spacious private garden with terrace where you can relax, eat or have a barbecue. The garden is fully fenced, so children can play free. There are two picnic tables with a large parasol.

A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR (cash ) will be required before the arrival for possible damages. Will be returned in max. 7 days.
A final cleaning of 65 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory.
Bath towels, bed linen, and kitchen linen are not included in the price, guests should bring their own.
Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the room rate.
