This very cosy holiday home is in an ideal position. The ski-runs are only 300 metres away and you ll find walking trails 40 metres away. The house is in its own south-facing grounds of 500 m2 and has a large garden fireplace. There is an attractive living room and a separate kitchen on the ground floor. There are four bedrooms. two bathrooms and a relaxation area with an infra-red sauna on the first floor. The party area in the basement is a big hit. It s a spacious party room with a bar and an open fireplace. You can enjoy yourself there until the small hours. There are enough seats for the whole group to enjoy meals together. This holiday home is an ideal destination all year round.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to rent them at the property 10 EUR/person/stay.
- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.35 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
