The Elli holiday apartment is in a 400 year old half-timbered house. The house is set against a hill in the picturesque town of Monschau. The apartment is reached by a steep, traditional wooden staircase. The apartment is around 75 m2. It is divided over the first and second floors of the house, connected by steep stairs. The popular town of Monschau with its old town center is surrounded by a beautiful varied landscape. The town has a wide variety of attractions. You can enjoy museums. shopping in the ancient narrow streets or walking in the surrounding countryside. The famous Monschau Christmas Market is well worth visiting during Advent. There is a public car park at the bottom of the hill which requires payment. The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

A fully refundable security deposit of 80 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
A final cleaning of 45 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory.
Bed and kitchen linen are included in the price.
Bath towels are not included in the price, guests should bring their own.
Please note that the electricity fee of 6 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
