Are you looking for a delightful. spacious. very comfortable. well equipped holiday home in a perfect position? Then this brand new home is for you. The home was completely refurbished in 2009. It has four bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a corner bath and walk-in shower. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. oven and microwave. The spacious living room has a flat screen TV. The living room opens onto the large garden. There is a terrace. garden furniture and barbecue. The house is in a delightful. quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Velmede. The Winterberg and Willingen ski-slopes are only twenty minutes away by car. You can reach wonderful walking routes through the Arnsberger Wald Nature Park within five minutes. The house and the area are highly recommended.Please note:The house is entered via stairs as it is on a slope. The entrance to the terrace and garden are on ground floor level.
