Single-family house. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the countryside, located in Baasem 6 km from Dahlem. This 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels situated on a 460 m2 private grounds with lawn sunning area, four bedrooms, central heating, covered parking by the house and can accommodate up to ten people. On the ground floor, is the living/dining room with satellite-TV and radio. One double bedroom. An open kitchen with oven, micro wave and electric coffee machine. A separate toilet and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the lower ground floor: two rooms, each room with two beds, one room with two beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. A small terrace with terrace furniture, barbecue and box-room. A washing machine and children's highchair are available. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The bunk beds are only suitable for children. Access to one of the twin rooms is only through the heating/utility room. Access to the holiday house is via both the basement and the ground floor.
