This holiday home, that was renovated in 2011, is centrally located in the resin in Rubeland / OT Neuwerk,2km from the centre of Elbingerode. The 78m² accommodation contains open plan kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with floor heating. The house also has a private patio with garden furniture, including a BBQ. From the house you look at the valley of the Bode, which flows through the town. The small town can be a starting point for hikes. Boat rental and fishing are also options for activities, as well as a visits to the caves in Rübeland (2 km), Rappbodetalsperre (1,5 km), the "Blue Lake" (1km) and Wernigerode (18 km).
